Sales Development Manager / Customer Acquisition Manager (m/f) - Walloon Region

Your mission

After a roll in period, you prospect the professional market (accountants) of the Walloon Region. You set up quality leads in a structured approach, moving from one area to the other. You do cold calling, 'get to know each other' meetings, you provides demos, you organize small events. When needed you even set up a training for the personnel of a specific accounting company. You do this in a relentless manner, always with an eye for detail and an ear for real customer solutions. You are a people's person. You have a good sense of humour and people like to be in your neighbourhood. You are used to do sales both offline as well as online. You like customer acquisition: you are driven by convincing people with true arguments and solid business propositions. You are not afraid of targets. You work together with the Relations & Sales Team: they support you in finding the right targets, and as soon as customers are on board, they take on the long term relationship.

Your profile

  • You are a born sales person with a proven track record in either software products and/or accountancy/finance related services;
  • It would be great when you have an understanding of the accounting world in the Walloon area;
  • You have proven experience with lead management;
  • You have a profound understanding of accounting processes - or alternatively - are prepared to do a real, real deep dive;
  • You are a charismatic person with excellent communication skills - you like speaking in public; you radiate positivism;
  • You are a born networker; you are very active on LinkedIn;
  • Your mother tongue is French - it would be great when you speak other languages such as English and/or Dutch, but we as a company will happily adapt and facilitate you when you speak only French (your sales skills are much, much more important!);
  • You are a born story teller, but at the same time you are a great listener;
  • When it comes down to people, you are very detailed;
  • You have a competitive mindset;
  • You have a growth mindset and you like to learn.
